503 West is a restaurant unlike any other in town. The flavor that each dish offers is a phenomenal experience in your mouth! 503W has taken their menu to another level! Their award-winning food and hand crafted cocktails will make you want to keep coming back. They specialize in contemporary American with Asian influenced food and drinks using fresh, natural and locally minded ingredients.

This local restaurant in Colorado Springs was established in, by Nina Lee & Rollie Ortiz. 503W is the restaurant’s address, so it’s easy to find. 🙂 Nina’s parents use to have a restaurant and bar at this same location, before 503W was established. 503W features a new local artist on the first Friday of each month with live music on this day, it’s a fantastic way to bring out the community.

Our team would have to rank this as one of our favorite restaurants in town! There isn’t a dish that has disappointed us, as every bite has made our tastebuds do a happy dance.   Here are a few dishes that we would recommend off of their menu.
